Held in celebration of International Day of Education, this special event—hosted by the National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation of Canada’s 2024 grant recipients Center for International Sustainable Development Law and Voices of Future Generations Children’s Initiative—brought together an inspiring lineup of child authors, Indigenous advocates, child ambassadors for the SDGs, youth leaders, educators, and global rights experts. The roundtable provided a powerful intergenerational dialogue on the role of education in advancing children’s rights, sustainability, and reconciliation.

As a Foundation dedicated to healing, education, and cultural reclamation for Sixties Scoop Survivors and their Descendants, the NSSHFC is proud to support initiatives that empower Indigenous youth and amplify their voices on the global stage.
