THe National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation of Canada's 2025 Grant Program - Call for applications

Spring 2025 News from the staff

The National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation of Canada (NSSHFC) is proud to announce the Spring 2025 Grant Program - Call for Applications

Building on the Annual Grant Program this initiative continues to prioritize Indigenous led organizations with charitable status while fostering partnerships and collaboration with organizations serving Sixties Scoop Survivors.

For organizations that do not have charitable status, the National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation of Canada (NSSHFC) has developed a mechanism to assist in pairing the non-charitable organization (non-qualified donee) with a registered charity (qualified donee) through an intermediary agreement developed by NSSHFC. This intermediary agreement enables a qualified donee to sponsor a project and engage a non-qualified donee to carry out the desired project. The NSSHFC developed Intermediary agreement must be fully signed and submitted alongside the full Grant Application.
